Returns & Exchanges
If you're not 100% happy with your order you can simply return any full-priced items purchased to our warehouse in Sydney, Australia for a full refund of the item's value within 14 days of receipt.
Please note, return costs associated with refunds are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot refund any shipping, duties or taxes charged with your order.
Anything marked as Final Sale cannot be returned so please choose your items carefully or contact us for help selecting your size.
We offer free global exchanges on all full-priced merchandise, meaning we will cover the costs of your return within 14 days of receipt.
3 Steps To Return/Exchange Your Order
Get in touch via our contact page citing your order number and the item(s) you wish to return/exchange.
We will provide a returns address in Sydney, Australia and a unique RA number. Please note this RA number on a piece of paper and place inside the original shipping box (but not inside any of the shoe boxes).
Send your returned item(s) in all their original packaging to the address provided.
Use the easy to follow checklist below - before returning your order - to ensure your refund will be awarded:
+ No visible marks to the leather soles or leather upper and insole. Only try on your shoes on carpet as hard flooring will leave marks.
+ Include all original packaging, including the shipping box.
+ Submit return shipment within 14 days of receipt
+ The items returned to us match those in your return request
Any returns that do not meet the requirements of our returns policy, will not be accepted and no refund awarded. For more information, please see our Terms.
The cost of shipping a return is the sole responsibility of the customer. Any damage or loss incurred will result in no refund being awarded, so we strongly encourage you to select a trackable service.
We expect your returned item(s) to reach us within 28 days of receipt. If you foresee any delay, please just let us know ahead of time.
We'll send you an email to let you know once your return has been received and your refund has been processed. Once your refund has been processed, depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.
We are unable to offer refunds for goods that are returned to us because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed. For more information regarding this, please read our Shipping Policy.
