Returns


If you're not 100% happy with your order you can simply return your item(s) to our warehouse in Sydney, Australia for a full refund of the item's value within 28 days of receipt.

Please note we cannot refund any shipping, duties or taxes charged with your order. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

 



3 Steps To Return Your Order

 

Step 1

Get in touch via our contact page citing your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

 

Step 2 

We will provide a returns address in Sydney, Australia and a unique RA number. Please note this RA number on a piece of paper and place inside the original shipping box (but not inside any of the shoe boxes).

 

Step 3

Send your returned item(s) in all their original packaging to the address provided.

  


 

Returns Checklist

 

Use the easy to follow checklist below - before returning your order - to ensure your refund will be awarded:

 

+ No visible marks to the leather soles or leather upper and insole. Only try on your shoes on carpet as hard flooring will leave marks.

 

Include all original packaging, including the shipping box.

  

We receive your returned item(s) within 28 days of receipt

 

+ The items returned to us match those in your return request 

 

Any returns that do not meet the requirements of our returns policy, will not be accepted and no refund awarded. For more information, please see our Terms.

 


 

Exchanges

 

If you want to exchange any items, you’ll simply need to place a new order for those items.

 

We suggest letting us know if you are planning to order a new size or colour when you contact us regarding your return so we can provide you as smooth a process as possible with your new order. 

  

 

Helpful Information

 

The cost of shipping a return is the sole responsibility of the customer. Any damage or loss incurred will result in no refund being awarded, so we strongly encourage you to select a trackable service.

 

We expect your returned item(s) to reach us within 28 days of receipt. If you foresee any delay, please just let us know ahead of time.

 

We'll send you an email to let you know once your return has been received and your refund has been processed. Once your refund has been processed, depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.

 

We are unable to offer refunds for goods that are returned to us because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed. For more information regarding this, please read our Shipping Policy.
