As such, if you're not 100% happy you can simply return your item(s) to us here in Sydney, Australia for a full refund of the item's value. Please note we cannot refund any shipping, duties or taxes charged with your order.

3 Steps To Return Your Order
Get in touch via our contact page within 7 days of receiving your order, citing your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
We will provide a returns address in Sydney, Australia and a unique RA number. Please note this RA number clearly within your return, but please do not write directly onto any of the original packaging.
Send your returned item(s) in their original packaging - including the black shipping box - to the address provided.
Use the easy to follow checklist below - before returning your order - to ensure your refund will be awarded:
+ No visible marks to the leather soles or leather upper and insole. Only try on your sandals on carpet, hard flooring will leave marks.
+ Include all original packaging, including your black shipping box and all tissue paper.
+ You have alerted us within 7 days of receiving your order of your wish to return
+ We receive your returned item(s) within 7 days of confirming the return address to you
+ The items returned to us match those in your return request
Any returns that do not meet the requirements of our returns policy, will not be accepted and no refund awarded. For more information, please see our Terms.
If you want to exchange any items, you’ll simply need to place a new order for those items.
We suggest letting us know if you are planning to order a new size or colour when you contact us regarding your return so we can provide you as smooth a process as possible with your new order.
Shipment of a return is the sole responsibility of the customer. Any damage or loss incurred will result in no refund being awarded, so we strongly encourage you to select a trackable service.
We expect your returned item(s) to reach us within 7 days of the returns address being provided. If you foresee any delay, please just let us know ahead of time.
We'll send you an email to let you know once your return has been received and your refund has been processed. Once your refund has been processed, depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.
