Studio Amelia is committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers.

We fully appreciate the importance of having our own privacy protected on the Internet, and we respect your right to that same privacy.

We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you - e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks and for the purposes of customer research and profiling. We will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number or credit card information or personal information to any third party (excluding partners from whom you may have linked to our site) without your permission.

The type of personal data we process may include (if and as applicable):

  3. Information relating to your fashion interests and purchase history;
  4. Payment (such as credit card) information you use to pay for purchases is processed only to the extent, and for the duration, necessary to enable our third party payment processors) to process the relevant payment. No such payment information is retained or stored by us.



If you have made a purchase from our store we may contact you with essential service messages to keep you updated on the status of your order. We may also pass limited contact details to logistics partners in order to facilitate delivery, including email and phone number.

In addition to these essential service messages, we may occasionally update you on our latest products, news and special offers via e-mail, post and telephone. You will also be given the opportunity to receive such communications from us and selected third parties when you become a member of Studio Amelia.

All Studio Amelia members have the option to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us. If you do not wish to continue to receive marketing from us you can simply click 'Unsubscribe' within the email communications, or alternatively get in touch with the team direct via hello@studioamelia.co requesting the removal of your email address, and this will be confirmed back to you within 72 hours of your request.
