Refunds & Exchange Policy

If you're not 100% happy with your order you can simply return any full-priced items purchased to our warehouse in Sydney, Australia for a refund, exchange or credit note within 21 days of receipt. 

Sale Items are eligible for an exchange or credit note but are not eligible for refund so please contact us if you have any questions regarding items you are unsure of. 

Anything marked as Final Sale cannot be returned so please choose your items carefully or contact us for help selecting your size.

Return Shipping On Exchanges & Credit Notes: Free


We offer FREE return shipping for any eligible items you wish to EXCHANGE for another size, style or colour, subject to availability.

To exchange your order please follow the steps below.

Please note: Our free exchange service is limited to one per order after this, the purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Free Return Shipping is only eligible on purchases of full priced items and does not include items purchased on sale.

Return shipping cost on all sale items are the responsibility of the purchaser.


Return Shipping On Refunds: $10-45  


We offer return shipping options for the items you choose to return for a REFUND.

Below are our fixed return shipping costs back to our warehouse in Sydney:

This fee will be deducted from the total amount of your original order when a refund is issued.

Should you choose to return your order using your own method, you will be responsible for all costs associated with this.

 5 Steps To Refund/Exchange Your Order

Step 1

Check that your item(s) meet our returns check list below. Then click here to complete our returns form.

Step 2

We will email you within 2 business days with your return shipping label and/or steps to arrange your return shipment.

Step 3

 Package your items in all original packaging ensure they are in their original condition and protected during transit. Attach your return label to the outside of the package, ensuring all original return labels are covered.

Step 4

International customers: follow the prompts in the DHL link sent to you to organise a collection of your return shipment. Australian customers: drop off your parcel at your local Post Office. 


Returns Checklist


Use the easy to follow checklist below - before returning your order - to ensure your refund or exchange will be awarded:


+ No visible marks to the leather soles or leather upper and insole. Only try on your shoes on carpet as hard flooring will leave marks.


Include all original packaging, including the shipping box.


+ The items returned to us match those in your return request 


Any returns that do not meet the requirements of our returns policy, will not be accepted and no refund awarded. For more information, please see our Terms.



Helpful Information

 We expect your returned item(s) to reach us within 14 days of approving your return request. If you foresee any delay, please just let us know ahead of time.


We'll send you an email to let you know once your return has been received and your refund has been processed. Once your refund has been processed, depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.


We are unable to offer refunds for goods that are returned to us because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed. For more information regarding this, please read our Shipping Policy.
